If you are using the correct promotional code and receive the error message “The discount code has already been used” on the top of the page, there are 2 reasons this may occur: 1) the discount code has already been used. If this is inaccurate, please email Jocelyn Wong and we will take the appropriate steps to resolve this; or 2) the tickets are held up in the registration process (most common). This can occur if someone else used the promotional code and proceeded to the next step in filling out the information without completing the order. If this happens, please wait for at least 1 hour for those tickets to be released and the promotional code to be used again. Will there be any scholarships to attend the Summit?
